Level Platforms was formed in 1999 as an international Managed Services Provider serving small and medium sized businesses (SMBs). The company subsequently shifted its strategy to leverage its experience to create the next generation of remote monitoring and management software to help IT service providers transform their business models from reactive break/fix to proactive managed services.
In May 2004, Level Platforms released a software product called Managed Workplace designed for use by IT service providers. Since then Managed Workplace has been selected as the foundation for the delivery of managed services by more than 3000 service providers in 31 countries around the world.
